Delivery & Lead Times

We work closely with small, family-owned farms. As a result, some products require additional notice to allow for availability and processing and to ensure your meat is delivered fresh.

• Lamb & Beef: Two weeks’ notice
• Pork: One week’s notice
   

We deliver to each area once per week on the following days:

• Ipswich & Surrounds: Wednesday
• Gatton & Surrounds: Thursday
• Toowoomba & Surrounds: Friday
   

Orders are scheduled based on your delivery area’s weekly run and the processing time required for each product.

If your order includes multiple meat types with different lead times, items may not be delivered all at once. Where this occurs:

• Products with shorter lead times (such as chicken or kangaroo) may be delivered first
• Products requiring longer processing (such as lamb or beef) will follow once ready
   

This allows us to deliver each product as soon as it is available, without delaying the entire order.
 

Small farms operate with limited processing capacity and scheduled production runs. These lead times help us support local producers while maintaining quality, freshness, and consistency.
