Welcome to Warrego Farm Fresh Meats. By accessing or placing an order through our website or with our team, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


Our Products

  • We source all meat, eggs, and dairy products from trusted local suppliers to ensure freshness and quality. 
  • As our products are perishable, variations in weight, cut, and appearance may occur. We aim to provide products as close as possible to the listed descriptions.
     

Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed online.
  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as outlined on our website.
     

Delivery

  • We currently deliver to Ipswich, Gatton, Toowoomba and surrounding areas.
  • Delivery times are subject to availability and will be confirmed at the time of order.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery address and time.
  • If no one is available, we reserve the right to leave the order in a safe location. Warrego Farm Fresh Meats will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or spoilage once the order has been delivered.
     

Refunds and Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
     

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only available by agreement with Warrego Farm Fresh Meats.
  • Where a cancellation is agreed, any refund or credit provided will be at our discretion.
     

Liability

  • Warrego Farm Fresh Meats will not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events outside of our control (e.g., extreme weather, supplier issues, transport disruptions).
  • All products should be refrigerated or frozen promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage.
     

Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Your details will never be shared with third parties except as required to deliver your order or by law.
     

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of our services following changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

At Warrego Farm Fresh Meats, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality products sourced from trusted local farmers. Because our products are perishable, we have specific guidelines around returns and refunds to protect both our customers and our suppliers.


Returns

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods (including meat, dairy, eggs, or other fresh items).
  • If you believe you have received an incorrect or unsatisfactory product, please contact us immediately with details and, where possible, supporting photographs.
     

Refunds

  • If a product is delivered incorrectly, damaged, or does not meet the description provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
    • A replacement product,
    • A store credit, or
    • A refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will not be provided where products have been incorrectly stored, left unattended after delivery, or where reasonable care has not been taken to preserve the quality of the product.
     

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except by agreement with Warrego Farm Fresh Meats.
  • Where a cancellation is agreed, any refund or credit provided will be at our discretion.
     

Consumer Rights

Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description.
